Glass Ware

We are engaged in manufacturing glass ware for extensive use in chemistry laboratory. Our range of glasswares consists of a variety of equipment to cater to the needs of varied chemistry experiments. It is manufactured of borosilicate glass and chemical resistant which gives it its durable nature and makes it resistant towards heat. Further it also contains storage bottles in dark shades for elements that are to be stored away from light. Porcelein Ware

Laboratory Balances

To assist the working of varied chemical experiments, we manufacture balances. These are largely known for their accurate measurement of weights. With the help of appropriate raw materials and machines we manufacture accurate result delivering balances.

It consists of a single pan, low form beam that will weigh up to 2610g when used with supplementary masses. The balances have three notched weighing beams with center indicating sliding masses. It has a weighing capacity of 610 gm. Further, additional beams are attached on the ends of the beams to increase its capacity up to 2610 gm. These additional weights can be stored in the recessed base when not required, with magnetic damping for quick weighing.

Water Baths

We also offer water baths for varied chemical experimentation use. These are highly efficient for varied heating of liquids to different required temperatures. Its efficiency is further increased, by its automatic temperature control.

The bath is double walled, with its inside heavily tinned and the outer side with mild steel sheet. This sheet steel is painted with hammer tone and glass wool is also used to provide insulation. The top of the bath is provided with concentric rings. Further the temperature is controlled with the help of a thermostat. It can be used to maintain a temperature from above room temperature to 85° C with accuracy of ± 1.0°C. The bath is also provided with two pilot lamps, three pin plug and cord for optimum and safe functioning. Suitable for operation on 220 Volts AC.

Laboratory Ovens

Our range of laboratory equipments also includes ovens that aid the functioning of varied chemical industries. It is largely used for varied experimentation and manufacturing processes which require heating.

It has a double walled structure with the inner chamber being made up of aluminum and stainless steel sheet. The outer body is made up of thick mild steel sheet. There is a gap of 7.5 cms between the chamber and the body. This is filled with good quality of glass wool for proper insulation. An air ventilator is also provided at the top of the oven to prevent its over heating. The chamber has 2/3 adjustable shelves for easy operation. It also has double walled door which is fitted with an automatic roller. Further it has To and FRO latch the body, which is finished with gray hammer-tone or white paint.

The oven does not have a thermometer but is provided with a continuous variable thermostat which controls the temperature from 10° C above ambient temperature to 250° C within the accuracy of ± 1° C. A heating element is wounded along with sides and bottom of the oven. Complete with two pilot lamps cord and plug pin etc. It works on a voltage of 220/230 volts 50 Hz. A.C.

PH Meters

Our chemistry laboratory equipment also includes PH meters. These are manufactured to be ideally used for fast and accurate pH and ORP measurement in any laboratory. It is largely used in varied laboratory to measure the ph of liquids.

Thermometers

We offer thermometers for accurate temperature measurement in laboratories. It helps in achieving optimum temperature and temperature gradients which aids in obtaining accurate experimental results. The thermometer delivers best results when totally immersed in liquids.

The thermometer is filled with mercury, whose sensitivity delivers accurate results. Its stem is engraved with white enameled back, which aids in the clear viewing of the readings. The thermometer has a 5-7 mm diameter with appropriate length. It has reinforced bulbs in card board case. The thermometer deliver results with a ± 1° of accuracy.

Molecular Models

Our molecular models provide a detailed description of molecules for clear and easy study and reading of the parts of molecules. It consists of molded balls of different colors and sizes. Retort Clamp, Stand & Boss Head

Our list of chemistry equipments also includes retort clamp, stand & boss head. It aids the functioning of varied chemical experiments.

The retort stand consists of a cast iron rectangular base. It has a stove painted hammer tone. It has a hole of 12.5 mm diameter. The retort stand also has a mild steel rod chrome plated on one end, and a half round on the other end. Further, the machine is threaded with a washer and a hexagonal nut.
