Fluid Machines

We offer a wide range of fluid machines & in each machine, a wide bore glass tube is mounted vertically in front of a scale graduated 0 to 60cm. At the top close end of every tube, there is zero corresponds. To confined the air inside the tube, a coloured oil is used contained in the metal pressure chamber. This metal pressure chamber is fitted with a Burdon Type gauge calibrated in 0 to 50 lbs. In² & 3.5 Kg/cm² actual pressure. To the air inlet tube, a valve is attached from the pump. According the the increasing pressure of the oil chamber, oil in its actual pressure is directly indicated.

Heat Equipment

With a micrometer screw, the investigation of the rod is measured. The dimension of the brass tube is 50cms x 2.5cm C.P. & it is found with outlet tubes and inlet tubes for steam and open for the reading of the thermometer from 1°C to 110°C. To indicate the exact point of contact of the screw, the binding posts are provided for joining either a buzzer, bell or galvanometer. Three rods of aluminium, brass and iron are also provided without any bell and battery.

Light Equipment

We offer a wide range of optical apparatus, which can be extensively used in various optical experiments including refraction, reflection, and colour mixing. The main components of these light apparatus are the robust light boxes having with the finish in matt black with 12V 36W S.B.C axial filament lamps.

Cylindrical convex lens is fitted at one end of the box, which can be adjusted by sliding mount and therefore, the parallel, convergent and divergent beam can be allowed to produce. At the other of the box, for colour mixing experiments, a triple aperture is fitted. In the box, all the apparatus are provided with vertical channels to hold colour filters and slit plates. The other optical accessories present in our collection are:

Sound Equipment

The equipments of this category are available in set of two C 256, three tuning forks & one C 512 mounted on resonance boxes. These resonance boxes are available with brass plates drilled and threaded to take the threaded shanks of the forks. To adjust the frequency of the fork, the length of each box is judiciously adjusted and the box is mounted on cork feet.

Cast Aluminium Magnetism

Composition
To form a close core of cross-section of 25mm in plane of laminations & 32mm perpendicular to them, laminated U & I cores of low-loss magnetic materials are used. The length of I-core is 102mm and U-core (external) having the height of 102mm.

With heavy base, the cast aluminium alloy stand on four rubber feet with two removable clamping arms. The maximum dimension of base is 190 x 200x 115mm. To take the transformer core, there is channel having dimension of 35mm wide, 3mm deep to take transformer core and extends across full width. The hard rubber pads are brought at the front end of arms to bear the transformer core by adjusting the arm pivot on steel spindle with adjustment to knob.

Coils for demountable transformer: Wound on rectangular insulated bobbins have overall height 71 cm and the maximum. cross section is 72 x 110mm, the internal cross section is 26.5 x 33.5. The front panel is carefully marked with the exact number of counts.

Electrostatic Equipment

We have designed the low voltage powered models of our collection so that these can operate on a 3 to 5 VB D.C supply capable for providing of current of 1.5 A. The power is supplied through a pair of coloured coded of 4mm sockets. With 1.5m of three core mains cable, the main operated version is provided. The earth core of the mains lead is connected to the metal structure of the apparatus. Both the main versions and voltage also have 4mm earth sockets with discharger having diameter of 75mm with handle.

Electricity Components

Our collection of electricity components, show higher stability with paper and electrolytic capacitors. The main items of this collection are capacitance boxes. Each decade is connected parallel having switch position of 0 to 10 and are mounted in line with 4mm socket terminals, which are linked to each inter decade junction & to the ends of the chain. Further, each earth terminal is connected to the metal case. Each of the top panel is precisely marked with the internal connection arrangement with overall tolerance and the highest safe current capacity. The entire capacitance box is housed in robust metal case.

Another type of electricity components of our collection are Rheostat, Single tube protected variable can be found up to 345 ohms at 1.2 A rating. These are used as series resistors or as potentiometers. These are available in enclosed type within metal case of porcelain or windings.

Electronic Items

Our gamut of electronic items consists of tutorkit electronic input/output units. These offer an alternative approach to individual modules. These unit provide a range of electronic processing elements, input elements or sensors and output devices on a single board. All these components are well labeled and these are interconnected between them are carried out by the 2mm patch connector system. The board is placed in a firm molded case and this can be powered by smooth D.C. Supply of between 5v and 12v.

We also incorporate the following facilities:
• Input Elements/Sensors: 1 potentiometer 10kw, 1 S.P.D.T. slide switch, 1 light dependent resistor, selection of fixed resistors.
• Electronic processing elements: 1 relay unit, 1 reed switch, and operating magnet, 1 reed relay NAND gate, 1 transistor unit.
• Output devices: 1.5 to 12V D.C. motor, 1.5 to 12V buzzer unit 1 red LED indicator, 1 green LED indicator 1.6V, 60mA lamp.
